Tom Thumb Texas Stampede joins Americans in hosting July 24 Open House
ALLEN, Texas – The Allen Americans, Tom Thumb Texas Stampede and Allen Event Center are hosting a joint open house Saturday, July 24, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Allen Event Center.
Attendees will be able to enter to win an Americans jersey autographed by 2002 Stanley Cup Champion and Americans Owner/President Steve Duchesne, as well as Tom Thumb Texas Stampede prize packages. There will also be free popcorn and bounce houses. Available seats for the Americans 2010-11 season, as well as for the Stampede’s two-day event, will be tagged and available for purchase.
The Americans are the CHL affiliate of the NHL’s Dallas Stars and AHL’s Texas Stars. The Americans are looking forward to another successful season after being crowned the Southern Conference Champions and falling two wins shy of winning the Ray Miron Presidents’ Cup in its inaugural season.
