LUKIN CALLED UP TO LAKE ERIE, COUSINEAU RECALLED BY SYRACUSE

Allen Texas-The Allen Americans of the Central Hockey League announced today that forward Jarret Lukin has been called up to Lake Erie of the American Hockey League, Allen’s primary AAA affiliate, and Marco Cousineau has been recalled for a second time by Syracuse of the AHL.
Lukin has been with the Allen Americans for three seasons and was captain of the Americans in their inaugural season of 2009-2010. Lukin has 40 points in 58 games for the Americans this season, 18 goals and 22 assists. He is expected to be in the lineup this afternoon when Lake Erie faces San Antonio.
Marco Cousineau joined the Americans this season after being reassigned to Allen by the Anaheim Ducks of the NHL. Cousineau was named the CHL Goalie of the Week and Sherwood Goaltender of the Month in November 2011.
